Private Mobile Networks (PMN) is a privately owned PLC registered in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Founded in January 2006, PMN develop and own all rights to the Private Mobile eXchange (PMX) product.

The company is focussed on providing both self contained and integrated private cellular network solutions for enterprise in a wide selection of vertical sectors including: construction, outside broadcast, maritime GSM, offshore, blue light and military services.
